Within the Purchasing Project Instrument department, you will be in charge of the following missions:

In the scope of the design of the new generation of the Vidas instrument you are accountable for the identification and implementation of purchasing actions in coordination with the project purchasing team representative

Starting from the internal inputs delivered by System & Development, you have to involve suppliers to collect the needed information ( Request for Quotation dispatch, Quotation, non disclosure agreement, etc.) to consolidate, analyze and report such data through appropriate tools.

• Manage suppliers’ Request For Quote & its follow up, to consolidate the defined purchasing approach related to each commodity

• Collect and Analyze the appropriate information retrieved by the external environment to update and align the dedicated dashboard to control the Manufacturing Cost of the new instrument

• Generate and update an appropriate reporting through the tools put in place for the specific needs

• Conduct technical benchmark, scouting all the possible solutions provided by the suppliers

• Manage the Procurement phases for the prototypes of the new instrument, to allow the project to be on track within the given timelines

• Attend technical meetings with the internal clients

• Assist the office for the administrative tasks

• Support the office in the contract management

3.1Formazione-Esperienze:

Engineer specialized ( or similar )

You ideally have a first experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain

Able to follow negotiation or to work on small contracts.

3.2Competenze e Qualifiche:

Autonomous, curious, proactive, rigorous, team player

Background of mechanical technologies . Knowledge in electronics would be a plus

Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of Power Point; knowledge of SAP would be a plus.

Manage the Procurement phases for the prototypes of the new instrument .
