Software Engineer/ Physicist/ Optical Microscopist
We are looking for a highly motivated Engineer/Physicist to join the group of Prof. Pavone at the European Laboratory for Non-linear Spectroscopy in Florence, in the framework of the ATTRACT project. The successful candidate will optimize existing tools for the management of optical microscopes and will be in charge of the analysis of neuroanatomical image datasets obtained with cutting-edge optical microscopies. Her/his duties will also include the deployment of selected applications on high-performance computing environment, and the integration of deep-learning software.
